• Minimal Collection: We collect only the information you and your respondents provide. We capture essential metadata (like IP timestamps) solely to ensure data integrity and prevent fraud.
• Ad-Free Experience: We do not sell ad space on your surveys. We do not track your respondents for the purpose of building advertising profiles. Your research environment is private.

Payments & Refunds

Our "Pay-Per-Export" model is designed for transparency.

• Transparent Fees: Export fees are displayed clearly before you initiate payment. There are no hidden monthly subscriptions.
• Real-Time Access: Your EcoCash payments are verified securely in real-time. Once the transaction is confirmed by the network, your export capability is unlocked immediately without manual processing.
• Refunds: In the event of a system error (e.g., payment deducted but export not unlocked), we process refunds after a manual review of transaction references to ensure fairness.

Acceptable Use & Security

Regional Focus: To protect the integrity of our data and prevent international spam, new account registration is optimized for Zimbabwean users. However, existing users traveling abroad can continue to access their accounts and data securely without interruption.
