1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for SurveyZim, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use our payment and analyst services.
2. User Conduct
You agree not to use SurveyZim to collect sensitive personal information (like credit cards or passwords) or to distribute spam.
3. Analyst Services
Engagements with Data Analysts are facilitated by SurveyZim but are contracts between you and the Analyst. SurveyZim is not responsible for the quality of third-party analysis.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments made via EcoCash for listings are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate Zimbabwean laws or these terms.
